Rent Rovver
Age 18+. Valid Indian driving licence (LMV) required. Aadhaar or PAN for identity. Licence must be at least 1 year old. Licence uploaded digitally — no physical copy at pickup needed.

All documents verified digitally before booking confirmation. No paperwork at pickup.
Licences with "LMV-NT" (non-transport) restriction are accepted. Commercial vehicle licences not required for self-drive.
Rent Rovver
Minimum 1 hour booking. No maximum limit. Hourly and daily rates available. Book up to 30 days in advance. Pay on pickup (no advance payment required for standard bookings).
KM allowance
Hourly bookings: 30 km/hr · Daily bookings: 300 km/day
Extra km charged at ₹10–15/km depending on vehicle type. Clearly shown at booking time.
Speed limit
120 km/hr for all vehicles
Overspeed alerts sent via GPS. Consistent speeding may result in booking cancellation.
Rent Rovver
Since payment is collected at pickup, cancellation has no financial penalty. Simply cancel via app or WhatsApp before booking start time.

Rent Rovver
Fuel not included. Car delivered at the fuel level shown at booking start. Return at the same level or higher. Fuel difference settled at market rate.
Fuel calculation
Short fuel charge = Market rate × litres short
Fuel refund (if returned fuller) = Market rate × extra litres
Fuel refund (if returned fuller) = Market rate × extra litres
Start and end fuel level photographed at delivery and return. No disputes.
Wrong fuelling (e.g. petrol in diesel car) — full repair cost charged to customer. Always check fuel type on the dashboard.
Rent Rovver
All vehicles are comprehensively insured. Customer's liability is limited to the security deposit amount for accidental damage. Major accidents handled via insurance claim.
- 1Pre-rental walkthrough — photos taken of all sides before handover. Customer verifies and signs digitally.
- 2Any pre-existing damage noted in the agreement — customer not liable for it.
- 3Damage during rental — report immediately via WhatsApp. Do not drive a damaged vehicle.
- 4Post-return inspection — new damage assessed. Repair estimate shared within 24 hrs.
- 5Insurance covers major damage. Security deposit covers minor dents/scratches.
Customer liability cap
Maximum liability = security deposit amount. No additional charges beyond deposit for accidental damage covered by insurance.
Exceptions: drunk driving, rash driving, off-road use, damage from using wrong fuel — full repair cost applies.
Rent Rovver
Refundable deposit collected at pickup. Refunded within 24 hours of clean return via same payment method.

Rent Rovver
Request extension via WhatsApp or app anytime before booking end. Extension at same rate as original booking, subject to vehicle availability.
Late return charges
Hourly rate × hours overdue (1× rate — not inflated)
Late return is charged at the standard hourly rate.
